A freight transportation company is seeking a Yard Manager responsible for supervising and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities for its tractor-trailer fleet, ensuring their availability, safety, and proper operation. The position involves managing and leading technical teams, scheduling maintenance tasks, overseeing yard order and operations, and verifying compliance with the company's technical and operational standards. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within freight transportation companies. * Degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Solid knowledge of automotive mechanics and tractor-trailer maintenance. * Leadership skills, assertive communication, and teamwork abilities. * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and supervisory capability. * Focus on compliance with procedures, safety, and operational efficiency. Work Location: Mosquera \- Cundinamarca Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM \- 4:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM \- 11:00 AM Salary: To be agreed upon Work Location: On-site employment
