We are looking for a **\[Position Name]** to join our team, contribute expertise, and help ensure the success of high-impact international projects. ### **Responsibilities** * Administer, monitor, and optimize Oracle database environments. * Manage Oracle Database 19c, RAC, ASM, Grid Infrastructure, and Data Guard. * Perform performance tuning, backup/recovery, and troubleshooting activities. * Administer Oracle Cloud and Autonomous Database environments. * Ensure availability, integrity, and security of enterprise databases. * Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to support critical platforms. * Document configurations, procedures, and operational standards. * Participate in cloud migration, upgrade, and transformation projects ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Oracle DBA or Oracle Data Engineer. * At least 2 years of experience in enterprise Oracle environments. * Experience in: + Oracle Database 19c + RAC / ASM / Grid Infrastructure + Oracle Data Guard + Performance tuning and optimization + RMAN backup \& recovery + Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) + Autonomous Database * Hold at least one Oracle-related certification, for example: + Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) Oracle Database 19c + Oracle Database Administration Certified Professional + Oracle Data Guard Administrator + Oracle Autonomous Database Cloud Professional * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills ### **Benefits** * 100% remote work from any LATAM country * Opportunity to work on international projects with multicultural teams * Culture that fosters professional development and continuous learning * Spaces for innovation, well-being, and professional growth **Ready to take your talent to the next level?** At Heinsohn, we value innovation, passion for technology, and teamwork.
