Inspect product quality A well-established 100% Colombian company dedicated to the production and distribution of liquid soap, powdered detergent, and other household cleaning products is currently seeking Blow Molding Operators (Plastic) to strengthen its workforce. Workplace: Venecia, Bogotá (South) Schedule: Rotating shifts, Sunday to Sunday, 2 days on / 2 days off. Salary: COP 1,800,000 + COP 253,118 transportation allowance + COP 170,000 perfect attendance bonus + COP 6,000 daily meal allowance (paid biweekly) Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment used for manufacturing products. Prepare molds, load raw materials (polymers), and inspect product quality. Verify product quality throughout the entire production process. Requirements Completed high school education. Minimum 1 year of experience in plastic production operations. Basic knowledge of plastic production line processes. Full availability to work rotating shifts.
