Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields, with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in technology infrastructure management, preferably in enterprises or Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, and On-Premise). Must possess knowledge of server administration, networking, databases, virtualization, storage, and security, as well as experience leading technical teams and managing critical operations under 24/7/365 models. Technical Skills: Technology infrastructure in Cloud and On-Premise environments; Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and high-availability architectures; Monitoring and observability tools (Zabbix, Grafana, or others); Incident management, business continuity planning (BCP), and disaster recovery planning (DRP); Proficiency with analytical tools and metrics (Power BI, Excel, or others) Competencies: Leadership and coordination of technical teams; Decision-making under pressure; Analysis of metrics, KPIs, and SLAs; Effective communication and results orientation. Job Mission: Ensure the availability, stability, and security of the company’s technology infrastructure, guaranteeing continuous SaaS service operation (24/7/365). Responsible for coordinating the infrastructure team, managing critical projects, vendors, and operations, ensuring compliance with service levels and organizational strategic objectives. IT Coordinator Salary: $7,000,000 COP; Infrastructure Assistant Salary: $2,500,000 COP; Python Development Engineer Salary: $3,200,000 COP + statutory benefits. Work Location: Pepe Sierra.
