Ensure proper operation of service points and continuous improvement We are looking for a Regional Coordinator Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies, controls, audits, cash handling, service quality, and timely resolution of incidents, guaranteeing the proper operation of service points. Coordinate and manage personnel, performance indicators, training, and operational requirements, tracking findings, reports, resources, and continuous process improvement. Academic Qualifications: University degree in Administrative Sciences, Engineering, or related fields. Experience: 3 years managing cash, cash counts, and personnel administration, preferably in the financial sector. Salary: $2,000,000; transportation allowance: $238,821; statutory benefits (to be validated according to the vacancy’s location) Payroll Payment: Monthly Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; half-day on Saturdays; availability for overtime.
