WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE Base Salary: $1,750,905 Transportation Allowance: $249,095 TOTAL MONTHLY: $2,000,000 + night shift surcharges ALL LEGAL BENEFITS: Health insurance, Pension, Occupational Risk Insurance (ARL), Compensation Fund, and Social Benefits. Experience: Cash handling and customer service experience (preferably in restaurants), minimum 1 year. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday (with 1 weekday day off). Location: Availability in Bogotá (Center, Chapinero, Restrepo, Fontibón, North). WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH US? (Responsibilities) In the Cashier & Sales Area: Active Host: Attract potential customers passing by the restaurant and invite them to enter. Buffet Advisory: Clearly explain how our buffet works (prices, variety of dishes, and consumption dynamics). Billing: Operate the sales system, process payments (cash, card terminal, apps), and perform cash drawer reconciliations. In the Table Service Area: Customer Assistance & Guidance: Escort customers to their tables and ensure they understand the buffet process. Suggestive Selling: Offer additional beverages or desserts to enhance the dining experience. In the Cleaning & Common Areas: Impeccability: Clean tables, glass surfaces, and maintain constant cleanliness in the dining area. Common Areas: Assist in disinfecting restrooms and hallways to ensure a clean and safe environment. Waste Management: Collect and sort waste according to hygiene regulations. WHY CHOOSE US?
