Operations and Facilities Supervisor, Bogotá – On-site **Schedule, Contract Type, and Salary** Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; indefinite-term contract; salary $2'000.000 + transportation allowance. **Purpose of the Position** Ensure operational efficiency of the department and continuity across company locations by coordinating resources, **purchasing**, and **maintenance**, thereby enhancing internal/external customer satisfaction and optimizing the department’s budget. **Experience, Education, Technical Skills, and Competencies** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2 years leading/coordinating purchasing, support, maintenance, or related departments. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and office tools; procurement control, inventory management, and supplier performance tracking. * Competencies: Collaborative leadership, effective communication, organizational skills, analytical thinking, adaptability, accountability, and sense of belonging. **Daily Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and monitor facility maintenance and operational needs across locations. * Prioritize internal requests, assign tasks, and track response times. * Manage procurement and suppliers (quotations, purchase orders, delivery timelines, and quality). * Administer departmental inventories and assets (additions, disposals, transfers, controls). * Prepare management reports and propose process improvements and budget savings. * Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures. * Lead and support the team through clear feedback, effective communication, and a results-oriented approach.
