Requirements: Technical or technological graduates / students currently pursuing technical, technological, or professional studies. Minimum 6 months of experience in call centers. Working Conditions: Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract (you join as a hired employee from day one of training). Training: 30-day in-person training, fully remunerated. Salary: COP $1,750,905 — COP $9,183.08 per hour connected. Monthly Bonus: Up to COP $250,000 for meeting performance indicators. Benefits: All statutory benefits. Payments: Bi-weekly. Schedule: Monday through Sunday, with availability between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM. You work 44 hours per week. Transportation route available after 10:00 PM, subject to coverage.
