MANAGER**Location:** Latin America, Colombia, Valle del Cauca, Cali**Work Location:** Hybrid**What you will do** This position reports directly to the Customer Collaboration Lead and is based in Cali. **Your Role** Responsible for ensuring the execution, maintenance, and development of the key customer collaboration program for the Colombian market and Northern Latin America region. Lead customer engagement and projects from a supply chain perspective and build strong relationships with internal teams to deliver an optimal service experience to customers. Responsibilities * Serve as the primary supply chain contact for assigned customers. * Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships across the customers' supply chains as well as with internal teams. * Lead and execute the schedule of periodic customer meetings and drive follow-up actions and/or resulting projects. * Prepare and analyze data for customer-level demand forecasting and lead forecast alignment forums with commercial teams and customers. * Ensure end-to-end correct execution of customer orders throughout the supply chain. * Manage customer KPIs under the collaboration program on a regular basis (MAPE, BIAS, In Full, On Time, DOI, OSA) and create action plans for improvement opportunities. * Analyze and manage additional inventory to meet customer market trends. * Generate market trend reports, forecast accuracy, inventory availability, service levels, presentations, both internally and for customers. **What are we looking for?** Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in supply chain and/or customer service, with direct interaction with sales teams and customers. * Intermediate English proficiency. Knowledge in: * Knowledge and experience in demand forecasting. * Advanced Excel skills.
