**Job Objective**
Optimize, structure, and automate the company’s information flows,
overcoming technical limitations of core software (ERP/proprietary system)
through the development of intermediate tools (scripts, macros, or local applications). The role is responsible for ensuring that data migration and loading across different platforms (internal and governmental) occur in an agile, accurate, and manual-reprocessing-free manner.
**Main Responsibilities**
* **Mapping and Analysis:** Thoroughly understand current software import/export constraints and data flow from design/quotation to the central system.
* **Automation Solution Development:** Design and build tools (in Python, VBA, Power Query, or other optimal technologies) that process source files and automatically generate plain-text structures (.txt / .csv).
* **Data Integration:** Develop pipelines to transform complex engineering and quotation data (Excel) into fragmented and sequential files accepted by the target software.
* **Local User Interface Development:** Create intermediate tools with dynamic filters enabling operational users to validate, filter, and select data before final packaging.
* **Quality Assurance:** Verify that generated plain-text files comply precisely with required syntax, delimiters, and logic to prevent loading failures.
**Required Profile (Skills and Knowledge)**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields with strong emphasis on programming/automation.
* **Flexible Technical Skills (At least one track must be mastered):**
o Scripting Track: Python (Pandas, OpenPyXL, Tkinter/Streamlit for interfaces).
o Advanced Office Track: Advanced Excel (advanced VBA/macros, Power Query).
* **Soft Skills:** Logical\-structured thinking, problem-solving orientation, proactive proposal of improvements, and ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users.
