**Your Role at Baxter:**
Save and sustain lives by maintaining mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control panel components of PTAI, PTARI, Perimeter Pits, and Machine Room equipment in optimal operating and functional condition, in compliance with company policies, specifications, good manufacturing practices, and ethical standards for safety, health, and environmental protection. Additionally, ensure the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of a quality management system compliant with NTC ISO 9001 and ENT 46001, as reflected in the Quality Manual.
**What You’ll Do at Baxter:**

1\. Execute assigned preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
2\. Conduct failure analysis and propose root-cause solutions for failures associated with assigned equipment under the maintenance plan.
3\. Perform assigned corrective and preventive maintenance tasks with quality and in accordance with technical standards established for your profession, ensuring effectiveness through optimal use and allocation of available resources (time, tools, spare parts, and materials).
4\. Actively participate in continuous improvement and development programs (e.g., TPM, SMED, Effective Solutions, 6S, teamwork, etc.).
5\. Perform technical preparations and adjustments on equipment during operation to ensure efficient performance.
6\. Manage knowledge updates to align with technological changes in the area and maintain required training certifications up-to-date per your curriculum.
7\. Achieve assigned performance objectives aligned with company strategy.
8\. Participate in management indicator review meetings and develop action plans to improve equipment performance.
9\. Enhance equipment and component reliability, extend service life, and eliminate failure modes (MTBF).
10\. Improve maintainability through rapid changeovers, repairs, and restorations within short timeframes (MTTR).
11\. Propose and implement improvement projects for production equipment in the cell.
**What You’ll Bring:**
* Technical or technological degree in Electrical Engineering, Maintenance Electrician, Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
* Two years of experience in similar roles.
* Knowledge of variable frequency drives.
* Knowledge of PLCs and SCADA systems.
* Knowledge of centrifugal pumps, pneumatic pumps, deep-well pumps, and chemical dosing pumps.
* INTERNAL CANDIDATES: *Minimum one year in current role and not subject to any performance improvement plan.*
