Management of affiliations, onboarding, and provision of work equipment We are looking for a hiring analyst with solid knowledge and expertise in social security payroll processing. This person will be responsible for managing personnel hiring, service-provision professionals, affiliations, contract filing, onboarding, provision of work equipment, and other activities inherent to the area. We seek dynamic, proactive, and committed individuals focused on their personal and professional growth. APPLICATION CONDITIONS: Must hold a completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Must have at least 2 years of recent and verifiable experience exclusively in hiring activities. Having personal transportation is desirable. Certifiable knowledge of social security payroll processing. POSITION CONDITIONS: Fixed-term renewable contract, convertible to indefinite-term. Salary starting from $1802.000 + transportation allowance according to profile. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Occasional Saturdays as required.
