· Role Mission
You will be responsible for evaluating the methodological design of models, validating their correct implementation, and analyzing their performance, stability, and predictive capability. You will also participate in reviewing technical documentation, executing independent replicability tests, and analyzing model-related risks.
Additionally, you will support regulatory compliance assessments and identify opportunities for improvement in audit, analytics, and internal control processes, using statistical tools to detect deviations, anomalies, and potential risks.
Key Responsibilities
Model Auditing
Evaluate conceptual and methodological model design
Validate technical documentation and traceability
Verify proper implementation in business operations
Execute independent replicability tests
Analyze model stability, performance, and predictive capability

Model Risk Management
Identify risks associated with assumptions, data, or methodology
Evaluate potential impact of errors on business decisions

Design data-driven audit tests
Apply statistical techniques and analytical models
Detect anomalies, deviations, or risk events
Analyze data quality, consistency, and completeness
Internal Control and Continuous Improvement
Evaluate the internal control system

Candidate Profile We Seek
Academic Background
Professional degree in: Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, or Data Science.
Experience
1–2 years of experience in audit, risk, analytics, or data science; demonstrable experience with statistical, predictive, or risk models
Experience in:
Participation in model validation, development, or monitoring
Knowledge of risk models, scoring, machine learning, or advanced analytics
Experience in backtesting, calibration, or model monitoring (desirable)
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SAS, SPSS, Stata, or others
Knowledge of statistical modeling and data analysis
Experience in data quality, integrity, and validation
Proficiency with visualization tools such as Power BI
Desirable: experience in the financial sector or risk management
Technical Knowledge
