Main Responsibilities: - Leadership and direction: Lead, supervise, and coordinate the kitchen team, ensuring the proper functioning of the business's core operation. - Strategic management: Combine culinary creativity with business management to guarantee operational profitability and efficiency. - Standardization and quality: Design, develop, and standardize recipes and menus, ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards. - Ingredient control: Rigorously manage inventories, costs, and quantities of raw materials required for daily operations and event services. Requirements: - Academic qualification: Graduate professional in Executive Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or related fields. - Experience: Minimum four (4) years of verifiable experience in the gastronomy sector, holding leadership roles in kitchens. - Must own a motorcycle or car. Working Conditions: - Salary: COP $4,000,000 + statutory social benefits. - Contract type: Fixed-term contract. - Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Do you meet the profile?
