We are looking for a Process Transformation Analyst who will lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives, contributing to the strengthening of our organizational excellence. What will be your purpose? You will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, designing and implementing innovative solutions that optimize processes, increase efficiency, and add business value. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, document, and improve organizational processes. Identify opportunities for efficiency and transformation. Implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, among others). Support digital transformation initiatives. Manage improvement projects, ensuring measurable outcomes. Promote a culture of innovation and optimization across the organization. What are we looking for? Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Preferred specialization or certifications in: Process improvement, digital transformation, Lean Six Sigma, BPM, change management, applied Artificial Intelligence. Experience: Minimum 3 years in process improvement or transformation roles. Experience in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, fashion, logistics, or supply chain.
