Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance services, as well as coordination, supervision, and execution of assembly and installation activities. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 6 years of experience in industrial maintenance. 2. Contract for a specific project or task, with possibility of direct transition to permanent employment. 3. Technical training in electricity, welding, mechanics, or refrigeration. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** * Ensure delivery of preventive and corrective maintenance services, as well as coordination, supervision, and execution of assembly and installation activities across various project sites, to maintain system operation and preservation. This includes timely performance of service-related tasks, assembly and installation of HVAC equipment, PVC, copper, and steel piping, fabrication and installation of ductwork, and implementation of power and control electrical systems. Additionally, ensure equipment start-up and commissioning, guaranteeing compliance with work orders, quality standards, safety requirements, and established timelines. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:** * Technician or technologist degree in electricity, welding, mechanics, metalworking, welding, industrial assembly, refrigeration, and air conditioning. (Possession of a valid CONTE card is essential; if you do not currently hold one, the company will submit a proposal on your behalf.) **TECHNICAL TRAINING AND/OR KNOWLEDGE:**· * Assertive communication * Results-oriented mindset * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer tools * Knowledge of repair, preventive and corrective maintenance * Ability to perform complex diagnostics and develop field solutions * Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety **WORK EXPERIENCE** * General: Minimum 6 years * Specific: Minimum 6 years **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Supervise execution of tasks assigned to technical and support staff, ensuring quality, compliance with procedures, and safety during all activities. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, machinery, and systems. * Ensure compliance with procedures for service delivery during non-working hours and weekends. * Verify proper completion of departmental forms, ensuring accuracy of recorded information. * Submit detailed daily reports on activities performed, time invested, and results achieved. **CONTRACT TYPE:** * Project-based or task-based contract \- with possibility of direct transition to the company **WORK HOURS:** * Working hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. \- Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. If you possess the required qualifications and are interested, please send your resume to gestionhumana2@carvel.com.co Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
