Academic Qualifications: University graduate in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Job Requirements: * Proficiency in the Open SmartFlex configuration framework and request workflows. * Advanced knowledge of PL/SQL. * Oracle OCA and OCP certifications are preferred. * Experience with Customer Information Systems (CIS). * Proficiency in programming languages associated with legacy and frontend applications. * Knowledge of web application development frameworks. * Experience in source code management and version control. Job Mission: To generate value-added solutions for clients through the development, support, and customization of the Open SmartFlex platform, ensuring quality standards, scalability, and alignment with the manufacturer’s guidelines. Responsibilities: * Deliver value-added solutions to clients, ensuring platform evolution and scalability. * Implement customizations on the Open SmartFlex platform in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. * Provide technical and functional support for the platform and its customizations. * Resolve production environment incidents through effective operational solutions. * Analyze and ensure resolution of root causes of reported incidents.
