Job Summary: We are seeking an RPA Analyst to serve as a bridge between business and technology, participating in the analysis, design, and evolution of automation solutions within our RPA Center of Excellence (COE). Opportunity to work on high-impact automation projects **We are looking for an RPA Analyst!** We seek an **RPA Analyst** who will act as a bridge between business and technology, participating in the analysis, design, and evolution of automation solutions within our RPA Center of Excellence (COE). What will you do? * Process discovery and analysis with business units * BPMN modeling * Feasibility assessment of automations * Functional documentation (User Stories, PDD) * Collaboration with RPA developers * Participation in agile methodologies and testing (UAT) What are we looking for? * Degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields * Experience in process discovery and BPMN * Experience in technology or RPA projects * Knowledge of tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism * Analytical mindset, effective communication, and collaborative work ethic We offer: * $3\.500\.000 \+ statutory benefits * Monday to Friday (44 hours per week) * Fixed-term contract with potential extension to indefinite term * High-impact automation projects * If you are interested or know someone suitable Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
