Join us!** **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY** Lead and drive the resolution of SAST and SCA security vulnerabilities across the bank’s software development teams; ensure Secure Development training is delivered within defined timelines; conduct training sessions; drive recertification of roles in pre-production environments; and manage Integrity criterion requests within the Engineering area. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 4 years of experience in software development. * Minimum 5 years leading software projects. * Minimum 1 year resolving SAST and SCA vulnerabilities. **KNOWLEDGE AND TOOLS** * Knowledge of Information Security * Knowledge of programming languages * Version control (Git) * REST services and API consumption * Fundamental software architecture concepts * Unit testing * Agile methodologies (Scrum) * Use of AI tools applied to development (e.g., GitHub Copilot) * Use of Generative AI for task automation **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** * Leadership * Empathy * Negotiation * Conflict resolution * Analytical and critical thinking * Results orientation * Effective communication * Teamwork * Proactivity * Adaptability *Hello!
