Job Summary: We are seeking a professional in architecture or budget engineering for a construction remodeling company, with experience in budget preparation, price analysis, and cost control. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in budget preparation and unit price analysis. 2. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D. 3. Cost control and contract settlement forecasting. An architectural construction accommodation and remodeling company requires a professional in architecture or budget engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience and knowledge in: **Responsibilities:** \- Budget preparation \- Knowledge and application of quantity takeoff calculations. \- Unit price analysis and updating (APU). \- Review of contractors' cut-offs and settlements. \- Cost control management. \- Contract settlement forecasting. \- Tender preparation. \- Requesting quotations for materials, labor, and equipment. \- Site visits. \- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D. \- Knowledge of and ability to maintain the Solumel database up to date. **Requirements:** \- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. \- AutoCAD training course. \- More than 5 years of relevant experience. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM\-4:00 PM. **Salary Range:** $3\.000\.000 \+ statutory benefits. **Contract Type:** Fixed-term for 6 months; renewal subject to performance (job stability provided). **Location:** Bogotá.
