Additionally, you will actively contribute to innovation, continuous improvement, and process standardization, consistently promoting quality, safety, and compliance with the company’s EHS, quality, and environmental management systems. **What You’ll Do** * Lead structural design and analysis of complex projects using steel construction systems, 2D panelized, and 3D modular systems—from conceptual stage through execution. * Prepare and review calculation reports, technical reports, and specifications for client and structural steel manufacturer approval. * Provide technical coordination for multidisciplinary projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and technical requirements. * Validate correct application of local and international standards (NSR\-10, AISI, Eurocodes, among others). * Participate in technical meetings with clients, manufacturers, and internal teams, as well as site visits and technical inspections. * Manage technical risks, resolve RFIs, and support definition of efficient structural solutions during bidding and execution phases. * Contribute to R\+D initiatives, continuous improvement, process standardization, and development of engineering best practices. * Promote quality, safety, and compliance with the company’s EHS, quality, and environmental management systems. **What You’ll Bring** * Professional degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering; specialization or master’s degree in structures preferred. * Solid professional experience in structural design involving steel structures and metal connections. * Advanced knowledge of Colombian structural regulations (NSR\-10) and international standards (AISI, Eurocodes, US codes). * Expert proficiency in at least one structural analysis and design software (e.g., SAP2000 or equivalent), with ability to learn new tools. * Experience in technical coordination with clients, manufacturers, and project teams. * Proficiency in design and documentation tools: AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and BIM/CDE environments. * Strong organizational, analytical, effective communication, and customer-oriented skills. * English proficiency level B2\+ for interaction with international teams and projects. **Why Join Us?** We were named the world’s \#1 most trusted construction company by Newsweek and Statista in 2023! **Our Culture:** We connect and care about those around us.
