Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Worker - Inventory Operator to manage goods receipt, storage, and delivery, ensuring inventory control and organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage processes of goods receipt, storage, and delivery. 2. Maintain accurate inventory and goods records up to date. 3. Trustworthy, responsible, respectful, and agile individual. A technology-sector company requires a Warehouse Worker - Inventory Operator to perform the following duties: 1) Manage the process of goods receipt, storage, and delivery, recording such information in the inventory system. 2) Store goods in an orderly and accessible manner in the warehouse, tool room, or other designated areas. 3) Inspect the condition of received goods, verifying their optimal quality. If necessary, notify the responsible department of any issues, damage, or defects in the received goods, in order to process, together with the respective department, exchange, replacement, and/or warranty procedures. 4) Classify goods in the inventory system to ensure clear identification. 5) Label shelves to improve goods location. 6) Maintain daily updates of inventory and accurate goods records. In this case, daily reports on warehouse goods inflows and outflows will be required. 7) Conduct daily verification in warehouses of the quantity of inventoried and/or stocked goods, identifying shortages if applicable. 8) Report and prepare purchase requests for goods acquisition. 9) Prepare, supply, pack, and/or package goods requested by various departments, verifying accuracy prior to delivery or shipment. 10) Maintain a safe and organized work environment in storage areas. 11) Perform loading and unloading tasks for goods. 12) Propose strategies, methods, and/or procedures focused on effective inventory management. 13) Conduct inventory counts at client facilities to maintain overall inventory control.
