Education: Completed high school or higher. Experience: Preferably 6 months to 1 year or more as external commercial advisors at financial institutions, with experience in payroll loan placement or as commercial advisors in microcredit. Salary: COP 1,750,905 + COP 249,095 (transportation allowance) + Statutory Benefits + Uncapped Commissions (100% statutory; average commissions range between COP 4 million and COP 9 million based on performance targets) + Onboarding bonus. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
