Job Summary: Supervise and lead retail operations, managing teams and ensuring achievement of commercial targets across multiple retail outlets. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and supervision of multiple retail outlets. 2. End-to-end management of commercial operations and budget compliance. 3. Staff development and monitoring of management and productivity indicators. Retail Store Supervisor Technologist or Professional in administrative, engineering, or related fields. Minimum 4 years of experience supervising and leading more than 8 retail outlets in the retail sector. Management of work teams of at least 40 people. Knowledge of: Intermediate Excel, Management and commercial performance indicators, Visual merchandising, Floor plans, Customer service and commercial management, Ensuring compliance with sales budgets for assigned stores. Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and follow-up processes for staff. Perform daily cash reconciliations and control collections (cash and foreign currency). Coordinate delivery of collections to the armored transport company. Randomly monitor security cameras and implement preventive actions against operational risks; properly manage petty cash resources; manage staff and administrative personnel ID badge issuance process; continuously track management and productivity indicators. Base salary: $2,552,000 Average commissions: $800,000 to $900,000 per month Extra-legal transportation allowance: $100,000 Work location: El Dorado International Airport, Bogotá Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, with one weekend off every 15 days.
