




Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and organized Human Resources Assistant to support the department’s administrative processes, including recruitment, personnel management, and employee support. Key Responsibilities: Support in recruitment processes (posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews). Management of onboarding and offboarding documentation. Preparation and filing of employment contracts. Support in social security enrollment processes. Maintenance and updating of personnel databases. Support in employee well-being and organizational climate activities. Assistance to employees and resolution of basic inquiries. Support in payroll-related updates (disabilities, leave requests, absences). Requirements: Technical or technological degree in Human Resources, Administrative Management, or related fields. Basic proficiency in office software tools.
