Job Summary: A reputable company is seeking a Workshop Manager with leadership skills to supervise staff, manage vehicle repairs, and diagnose faults. Key Responsibilities: 1. Workshop staff leadership and operational management 2. Optimization of vehicle repair and fault diagnosis 3. Monitoring and supervision of workshop staff (mechanics) A reputable company requires a Workshop Manager for its team — a technician, technologist, or professional in automotive mechanics — with leadership skills, proactive attitude, and a minimum of 2 years’ specific experience in related roles, to perform the following functions: Identification and reporting of vehicle damage Reception and verification of vehicle condition Monitoring and supervision of workshop staff (mechanics) Management and optimization of vehicle repair Requesting spare parts from administrators Adherence to scheduled repair timelines Submission of damaged parts Delivery of vehicles to the Operations Manager Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor Important and essential: experience in mechanical operations, operational supervision, fault diagnosis across the vehicle fleet, and fieldwork.
