Required Profile Professional background in: Plastics Engineering Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in plastic injection processes. Experience in continuous improvement and optimization of production processes. Proficiency in production and quality performance indicators. Knowledge of process control and manufacturing. Valid professional license (if applicable). Leadership, teamwork, and problem analysis skills. Main Responsibilities Supervise and optimize plastic injection processes. Ensure compliance with quality and productivity standards. Monitor process parameters and equipment performance. Implement continuous improvements focused on efficiency and waste reduction. Analyze production indicators and develop action plans. Coordinate preventive and corrective actions in processes. Collaborate closely with maintenance to ensure operational continuity. Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations and good manufacturing practices. Train and support operational staff in technical processes. Participate in innovation and development projects.
