We seek a professional oriented toward analysis and continuous improvement, with experience in production process optimization and plant management. Main Responsibilities Conduct time studies and analysis of production processes. Execute assembly line balancing. Develop and update process technical charts. Support plant engineering and continuous improvement activities. Manage production information using ERP systems. Analyze processes and propose improvements focused on productivity and efficiency. Prepare technical reports and process documentation. Requirements Academic background: Industrial Engineer, final-semester student, or professional in related fields. Experience in time studies and assembly line balancing. Knowledge of plant engineering. ERP system proficiency (desirable). Proficiency in AutoCAD or design software (Inventor, SolidWorks). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Working Conditions Contract type: Indefinite-term contract. Salary: $3.502.000.
