Develop team productivity and customer rapport **What You Can Expect** **:** This position is to handle a full operational desk and ensure that the airfreight, sea freight and domestic operations are running smoothly to our customer’s full satisfaction. * Manage full operational set of booking, documentation, costing, billing, filing, coordination, quoting, tracking and customer service. * Knowledge of FMC AND NVOCC, rules and regulations. * Good customer service and communication skills ability to build rapport with clients to win more freight forwarding opportunities and coach the team to develop the same. * Keep track of team productivity, identify areas that need improvement, initiate trainings. * Support the Branch Managers to monitor operational KPIs and guide operators in areas that need improvement. * Ensure operational compliance with established corporate policies, procedures and standards in accordance with government regulations * Support Branch Managers in ad hoc tasks and projects. * Performs other responsibilities and completes tasks as directed by management **What You Bring:** * 4\+ years of operational experience in air and ocean 3PL with proven track record in operational excellence * Bachelor's Degree preferred * Prior supervisory experienced preferred * Excellent customer service skills * Team player with ability to work with cross\-functional teams * Ability to multitask and work under pressure * Excellent communication and people skills * Ability to prioritise work * Ability to train and instruct others and willingness to assist * Accustomed to working in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment * Comfortable using metrics to manage staff and drive improvements * Comfortable with IT and systems use * Ability to display professionalism and courteousness at all times
