We are looking for a Cloud Data Engineer with ETL experience to join our team and work on international projects. **Key responsibilities include:** * Design, develop, and maintain data integration, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) processes, ensuring data quality and availability. * Develop and optimize data pipelines using SQL, Python (PySpark), and platforms such as Databricks in Azure cloud environments. * Design, implement, and maintain Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Lakehouse architectures to support business analytics needs. * Develop data ingestion processes, incremental loads, and solutions based on Change Data Capture (CDC). * Design and maintain data models using methodologies such as Star Schema or Data Vault, optimizing them for analytics and reporting. * Work with modern data platforms such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, or Airflow for orchestration and automation of processes. * Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance by applying best practices and validation controls. * Optimize performance of large-scale data processing workflows, applying continuous improvement techniques where necessary. * Collaborate with technical teams and business units to understand functional requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient data solutions. * Participate in the development and deployment of solutions following engineering best practices, using version control tools (Git) and CI/CD processes. * Document developed solutions and share knowledge with the team, contributing to continuous improvement and evolution of the data platform. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in data projects. * Solid experience in designing and developing ETL/ELT processes. * Strong proficiency in Databricks, Airflow, PySpark, and SQL. * Experience working with Data Lake and Data Warehouse environments (knowledge of Lakehouse architectures is a plus). * Experience in Cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure. * Understanding of data quality and governance best practices. * Experience with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD processes (Azure DevOps or similar). * Experience processing large volumes of data and optimizing performance. * Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical data solutions. * Strong communication skills and ability to clearly present technical information. * Advanced English proficiency; primary working language. **Preferred Certifications:** * DP600 and DP700 * **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with candidate experience * Remote work * Technical and language training programs, plus access to an E-Learning platform If this opportunity matches your profile, don’t hesitate to apply — we look forward to welcoming you!
