




**Overview and Responsibilities** We are seeking a Project Analyst (Scrum) to support the management of development teams, facilitating organization and ensuring team cohesion, monitoring the progress of each team member using the tools provided by the company for this purpose. **Responsibilities:** * Address requests or requirements raised by innovation teams. * Ensure compliance with security standards defined and enforced by the company. * Comply with regulations stipulated in the company’s internal labor regulations. * Supervise service delivery to ensure adherence to minimum quality standards. * Conduct retrospective and review meetings, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the assigned team. * Appropriately utilize assets, access credentials, platforms, and other tools provided by the company to carry out responsibilities. * Develop metrics for improving the development team and projects. * Guide the Scrum team in organization and self-management. * Ensure compliance with the ANS (Acceptance and Notification Standards) of the Development Department. * Address requests from internal clients. * Support escalation of support ticket cases. * Serve and strongly support the Project Leader. * Verify that reported issues are addressed by management. * Verify that reported incidents are addressed. * Verify that agreements arising from reviews and retrospectives are implemented. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of and experience working with Agile methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Scrum. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Technical knowledge and/or software development experience. **Capabilities:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. **EXTERNAL:** Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. **Knowledge / Skills:** * Data analysis. * Proficiency in office productivity tools for delivering clear reports. * Results-oriented mindset focused on generating value. * Strong communication skills. * Critical thinking. * Teamwork. **Location**: Medellín **Salary**: COP $4,000,000 – $4,200,000 **Some Benefits:** * Hybrid work arrangement. * Additional vacation days. * Days off on special dates. * Excellent work environment. * + Some benefits are subject to terms and conditions.
