Nodo and the Innovation Directorate of EAFIT University require, for the development of a national-level training and mentoring project in official educational institutions, professionals with certified experience in teacher and student pedagogical training and mentoring processes, ideally in programming and artificial intelligence topics, preferably within public contexts. The professional must foster interest and develop technological, programming, and artificial intelligence skills and competencies using generative tools, thereby strengthening the appropriation, quality, and relevance of education in these fields. Likewise, they will contribute to the holistic training of school administrators, teachers, students, and parents, aligned with the country’s social, economic, environmental, and sustainable development. Main responsibilities: * Conduct weekly in-person mentoring at 1 to 5 assigned educational institutions, carrying out at least one weekly visit lasting 3 to 4 hours. Form and energize an institutional management team comprising administrators, lead teachers, students, and parents. * Clearly present the project, ensuring understanding of its objectives, activities, and requirements. * Carry out diagnostic and characterization processes for the institutions and involved stakeholders, documenting and monitoring progress using baseline assessment tools and proposing consolidation pathways tailored to each context. * Assess the readiness of educational institutions’ facilities to receive equipment/laboratories to be delivered, ensuring their suitability for implementing ongoing projects. * Deliver training processes within institutions on programming, artificial intelligence use, and technology-related skills targeted at defined audiences, following the project’s pedagogical and technical guidelines. * Facilitate and coordinate the implementation of pedagogical pathways with administrators, teachers, students, and parents through the modalities established—primarily in-person at educational institutions—though flexibility plans may apply depending on each institution’s specific characteristics; additionally, some virtual trainings may be conducted, ensuring execution as stipulated. The professional must also promote the organization of student teams arising from mentoring activities to support them in solving local territorial challenges. * Collaborate with PTAFI 3.0 program tutors and coordinate actions for social appropriation of knowledge, including participation in challenges. Promote interdisciplinary and inter-institutional collaboration to strengthen the sustainability of innovation centers. * Develop schedules, work plans, and technical reports, applying monitoring and evaluation tools.
