Medellin Technical Support Technician in Technology A leading Technology Solutions and Outsourcing Services company is looking for a Technical Support Technician to strengthen our team. This position aims to promote women's participation in the field of technical support and technology. What will be your mission? Provide preventive and corrective technical support for technological equipment and printers, ensuring proper hardware and software functionality. You will be responsible for diagnosing, handling, and resolving technical incidents related to computers and electronic devices, delivering timely and high-quality service to our users. Requirements Academic background: Technical or technological program in systems, networks, hardware maintenance, or telecommunications Experience: Minimum 1 year in technical support, equipment maintenance, or help desk Knowledge of configuration of equipment and printers, computers, or similar devices Working conditions Salary: $$ 2.562.567 Contract type: Project-based or labor contract Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM What are we looking for?
