Your mission will be to comprehensively lead the ERP Division and its nationwide team, ensuring growth, operational efficiency, and seamless coordination across all organizational areas. We invite you to apply and join our team! Responsibilities: Lead the comprehensive strategy of the ERP Division. Manage and develop functional teams to ensure high performance and achievement of objectives. Ensure effective coordination among commercial, technical, and service areas, promoting synergies and operational efficiency. Drive business growth in B2B environments. Oversee the division’s overall operations, guaranteeing target and KPI attainment. Strengthen relationships with strategic clients. Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. Promote continuous improvement in processes and outcomes. Manage the division’s strategic and operational planning. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Public Accounting, Financial Engineering, Economics, International Business, or related fields. Minimum 3–5 years of verifiable leadership experience, preferably in operations, B2B services, or BPO environments. Mandatory: Strong capability in team management and strategic/operational planning, with verifiable experience. Verifiable experience leading work teams (mandatory). Experience in operations, service, or commercial area management. ERP solutions or enterprise software knowledge is desirable. Must reside in Medellín or nearby municipalities within the metropolitan area. Leadership, decision-making, strategic thinking, organizational, and results-oriented skills. Working Conditions Work Location: Medellín, Antioquia. Work Mode: On-site. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 5:30 pm. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. Salary: To be negotiated based on experience.
