At a major Japanese multinational, we are seeking an On-Site Support Agent – Temporary with experience in Level I and II support for printing equipment, to provide timely assistance to users and ensure the proper operation of technological devices. This position is created to cover vacation replacements, medical leaves, and absences of personnel assigned to the client. Main Responsibilities: Configure, perform preventive maintenance on, and provide support for printers. Manage supplies and replace consumables (toner, etc.). Manage and track tickets, ensuring response and resolution timeframes. Ensure operational continuity through appropriate service management. Prepare and submit monthly reports and summaries to the client. Requirements Technical or technological degree in Systems, Technical Support, Informatics, or related fields. Minimum one (1) year of experience providing Level I and II support for printing equipment. Experience in supporting and maintaining printers, multifunction devices, computing equipment, and other technology peripherals. Knowledge of Windows, basic networking, software installation, and hardware diagnostics. Customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Conditions Contract Type: Fixed-term for 6 months, with possibility of renewal. Work Mode: On-site support. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; occasional Saturdays.
