Ongoing contact with universities and participation in job fairs Talent Acquisition Apprentice About the Role Provide support in assigned recruitment, selection, and reporting activities to facilitate and accelerate talent attraction processes. Your Responsibilities: * Manage the selection process for interns and apprentices at your site, under the guidance of your leader. Schedule alignment meetings to understand role requirements, source candidates from universities and institutes, contact them to schedule interviews, and send psychometric tests. * Ensure hiring of interns and apprentices at your site. * Attend university and educational institute job fairs and maintain ongoing contact with them to secure optimal candidate options and resumes for interns and apprentices. * Support the recruitment process: post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct telephone screenings. * Administer psychometric and language tests: schedule, administer, and verify results on the platform. Maintain an updated and consolidated control dashboard for all active and closed vacancies to monitor their status at the regional level. * Who We Are Looking For: * Student pursuing a technical or technological program in Human Resources or administrative fields.
