We are seeking a highly qualified **Full Stack Developer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience developing large-scale web applications, with a **strong focus on front-end development** and **search engine optimization (SEO)**. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain the user interface of our web applications using **React** and **Tailwind CSS**. * Ensure websites are optimized for search engines by implementing strict **HTML5 semantic markup** and **Structured Data Markup (rich snippets)**. * Guarantee that all interfaces are fully **accessible to people with disabilities** (compliance with WCAG standards). * Collaborate on the design and implementation of *back-end* services and APIs using **Node.js**. * Manage and optimize **MongoDB** databases. * Participate in code reviews, testing, and resolution of complex technical issues. **Essential Requirements** * **Minimum of three (3) years’ proven experience** developing commercial websites. * An **active, online portfolio** demonstrating your skills and functional commercial projects. * Proficiency in **React**, **Node.js**, **MongoDB**, and **Tailwind CSS**. * In-depth knowledge of best practices for **semantic SEO and accessibility**. * Experience with version control tools such as Git. * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. **Bonus Points (Plus)** * Ability to **design visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly websites**, handling visual aspects (colors, typography, graphics) and user experience (UX/UI) elements **focused on conversion and sales**. * Prior experience with **WordPress** and **WooCommerce**. * Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. .
