




Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Talent Management student to support administrative processes, occupational wellness initiatives, and document management, with emphasis on organization and proactivity. Key Highlights: 1. Support in administrative and occupational wellness processes 2. Organization and digitization of HR documentation 3. Management of affiliations and data updates We seek a student in the productive phase of the Human Talent Management program, possessing organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic proficiency in office tools. The selected candidate must demonstrate willingness for continuous learning, teamwork, and support in administrative and occupational wellness processes. Responsible handling of confidential information and a proactive attitude aligned with achieving the objectives of the Human Resources department will be highly valued. Main Responsibilities: - Physical and digital organization of resumes and documentation in the ATS system. - Updating and maintaining employee files. - Digitizing documents and uploading information to internal platforms. - Filing and recording disciplinary processes. Recording labor and disciplinary documents in EvoNation. - Logistical support for occupational wellness activities. - Collaboration in internal communication processes related to wellness programs and activities. - Management of affiliations and reporting of payroll deductions. - Affiliation of principals and beneficiaries with Comfama. - Updating data in the system and managing de-affiliations where applicable. - Preparation of disciplinary documents, summonses, and discharge statements according to established formats. Required Profile - Student currently enrolled in the academic and productive phases of Human Talent Management or related programs. - Basic proficiency in office tools. - Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. - Ability to handle confidential information.
