This role is critical to operational continuity, service excellence, and alignment with business objectives. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Schedule and coordinate logistics activities (receiving, warehousing, dispatch, and inventory) to ensure on-time delivery and product availability. * Plan and coordinate internal logistics for finished raw materials. * Establish and develop training and development programs for operational staff. * Generate purchase orders according to consumption flows of packaging and packing supplies. * Supervise and control logistics operations at external sites and third-party logistics providers. * Conduct required inspections to maintain facilities and equipment in good operating condition. * Monitor adherence to production schedules and delivery commitments. * Measure, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for the area. * Verify compliance with laws, regulations, and requirements mandated by PPG to maintain or grow its business (e.g., ISO, IATF, OEA). * Design frameworks and strategies to measure and improve customer satisfaction. * Evaluate and implement new initiatives within the supply chain to optimize logistics and transportation costs. * Ensure accurate recording of transportation-distribution costs in relevant accounting accounts, consistently aligned with PPG’s financial policies. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Production, or related disciplines. * **Experience**: Minimum 6 years of experience in logistics processes. * **English**: Advanced (participation in global meetings and presentations, ongoing communication with international customers) PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
