Opportunity for career growth We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to serve as the **Maintenance Coordinator**. This person will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for the vehicle fleet, ensuring operational availability, compliance with safety standards, and uninterrupted operations. **What We Are Looking For:** Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in fleet maintenance management and coordination. Education: Technical or Technologist degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields. C2 driver's license preferred. **What We Offer:** Salary: $2.815.273 + all social benefits and full affiliation to the social security system. Schedule: Monday to Friday (one Saturday per month). Contract type: Project-based or service contract. On-site work mode in Medellín. Willingness to travel nationwide.
