Position Summary: We are seeking a Construction Supervision Resident to monitor and verify compliance with administrative, financial, regulatory, and technical activities during contract execution. Please note that only resumes meeting the stated requirements and accompanied by all required supporting documents (updated resume, academic certificates, work experience certificates, and ID card copy at 150% scale) will be considered.* **Academic Qualifications:** * Professional with an active professional license as a Civil Engineer. * Postgraduate degree: Specialization title in one of the following fields: Structures, Construction, Construction Management, Building Construction Management, Project Management, Highway Engineering, or related disciplines associated with infrastructure project execution and supervision. **General Experience:** * Eight (8) years, calculated from the date of completion and approval of the academic curriculum. **Specific Experience:** * Six (6) accumulated years, calculated from the issuance date of the professional license, serving in roles such as Site Resident, Supervision Resident, or Resident Engineer on road infrastructure and/or tunnel projects involving the execution or supervision of operational, administrative, or service buildings. **We Offer:** * Contract type: Project-based or labor contract. * Working hours: Monday to Friday. * Work modality: On-site. * Salary: $**7.421.135** + social benefits. * Location: Santa Fe de Antioquia, Antioquia. **Purpose of the Position:** To monitor and verify compliance with administrative, financial, legal regulatory, documentary analysis, and all technical parameters required during contract execution.
