This position is for SUPPLA S.A. **Role Description** ---------------------- Lead activities related to the design, implementation, and improvement of customized logistics solutions for the Company’s value chain and key customers. Ensure delivery of finished products to external and internal customers, aiming to reduce costs and optimize customer service management. **Requirements** ------------------ Technical or university degree in administrative, logistics, or engineering fields, with extensive experience in the logistics sector, process improvement and standardization, and KPI generation. Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency and knowledge of ERP/WMS systems are mandatory. **Responsibilities** --------------------- Conduct statistical analysis of operations * Design logistics processes * Develop operational capacity designs * Conduct project cost analysis * Deliver presentations to customers * Participate in negotiations of logistics service proposals; support negotiation of SLAs with customers * Adjust logistics service proposals according to customer requests * Prepare SLAs (Service Level Agreements) per internal requirements * Prepare and monitor implementation activity schedules * Coordinate with enabling departments to fulfill logistics project requirements according to customer specifications * Monitor investment budgets and operational setup costs
