The main objective of this position is to ensure continuity of production (extraction, drilling, loading, and transportation) under the highest standards of safety, logistical efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Main Responsibilities * Operational Supervision: Directly manage and coordinate drilling, blasting, loading, and mineral transportation activities. * Talent Management: Assign tasks and schedules, lead operational staff training, and ensure compliance with internal regulations. * Safety and Control: Implement safety protocols, identify real-time risks, and execute mitigation measures to ensure team integrity. * Logistics and Supplies: Manage inventory of critical consumables and materials required to prevent operational interruptions.
