You’ll get hands\-on training in tools, systems, automation, and decision\-making \- a real\-world crash course in running a business. **This is a fully\-remote position.** **What You’ll Actually Do** * Learn how our company runs behind the scenes and help make it smoother every day * Build, improve, and automate internal systems such as Airtable, Notion, and Coda * Test and implement AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Claude, etc.) to boost productivity * Coordinate projects across our research, recruiting, and leadership teams * Take ownership of whatever needs to get done, no task too small, no project too big **What We’re Looking For** * 1\-3 years of professional experience, ideally in Customer Service or Administration in a very fast\-paced environment. * An incredibly fast learner who can figure things out with very limited information — resourceful, scrappy, and always two steps ahead. * Obsessed with tools, systems, and automation.
