Position Summary: A professional who performs complex designs, provides technical support to subcontractors, resolves warranty issues, and ensures compliance with quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Design and quotation of highly complex products. 2. Technical support and supervision of subcontractors. 3. Ensure compliance with national and international standards. • Perform designs and quotations for highly complex products. • Provide technical accompaniment, support, and supervision to subcontractors and construction coordinators as required. • Provide technical solutions for warranty claims, including on-site product evaluation when necessary, and determine—based on technical criteria and internal policies—whether warranty application is warranted. • Verify that UMI products comply with applicable national and international standards and market-required quality standards. • Deliver technical training to the design team in accordance with the established training plan, ensuring proper knowledge transfer regarding new products, regulations, and applicable technologies. • Analyze and pursue implementation of new machinery, equipment, and/or accessories within the company to ensure operational effectiveness and competitiveness. • Support the PCYL team in preparing proposals. • Conduct technical visits as required by the commercial area, management, and/or customers, ensuring excellent relationship management and information gathering to support winning proposals. • Assist in creating technical documents and specifications. • Perform any other functions or activities assigned by the immediate supervisor that are inherent to the position and related to SIGO. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University Degree / Professional Program 1 year of experience
