Schedule: ROTATING SHIFTS: 21 working days x 7 days off Salary: 2,311,764 + Statutory benefits + Reported average bonus: $276,000 Additionally, the company provides: Accommodation and meals AVERAGE SALARY: $2,830,000 · REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in waste collection center management, waste logistics, or operations supervision in the mining-industrial sector. Main Responsibilities: Operational Management and SLA Compliance: Coordinate work fronts and technical resources at the mine to ensure continuous waste removal and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) established with the client. Inventory Control and SAP Administration: Supervise stock levels in virtual warehouses via SAP, manage purchase requisitions for supplies/PPE, and ensure accurate documentation traceability (certificates and records). Financial Management and Cost Control: Manage the operating budget (P&L), reconcile billing for industrial material sales, and ensure the operation maintains projected profit margins. Waste Optimization and Valorization: Design and implement process improvements in source segregation to increase the commercial value of recyclable materials and reduce logistical inefficiencies in transportation. Safety, Health, and Environment (SSOMA): Execute the risk prevention plan to maintain a zero-accident operation, conduct incident investigations, and ensure proper use of PPE in mining environments. Customer and Oversight Management: Serve as the direct liaison with the project’s oversight team, address requirements, conduct technical inspection visits (order and cleanliness), and submit periodic management reports. Human Talent Leadership: Supervise operational staff (shifts, attendance, and performance) and ensure each employee receives the required technical training for specific job tasks.
