A reputable environmental services and logistics company requires a Basic Waste Management Operator for its team. We seek operational staff with high physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production environments and material handling. Requirements to Apply: Primary education Experience: 6 months of experience in highly demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night); motorcycle required for easy access to the industrial zone; the company does not provide transportation service. Responsibilities: Execute loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure proper branding protection of waste. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: $1.750.905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory overtime payments + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.). The company does not provide transportation; personal transportation is essential.
