Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Helper to assist with site preparation, material handling, excavation, grading, structural installation, and material placement, following safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive support in preparing and organizing the worksite 2. Participation in excavation, grading, and soil compaction tasks 3. Assistance in installing structures and placing materials A construction-sector company requires a Construction Helper to support worksite preparation and organization, loading and unloading of materials, assistance in excavation, grading, and soil compaction, as well as installation of temporary structures and placement of materials such as cement and mortar. The role involves providing basic tool and equipment handling support under supervision, strictly adhering to safety regulations and supervisor instructions to ensure proper project execution. · Academic level: Not required Experience: Not required. Salary: 1 SMMLV + statutory benefits. Contract type: Project-based or labor contract.
