Support for projects and administrative procedures Position: Office Assistant A financial-sector company requires an administrative technician or technologist in administrative, financial, commercial, or related fields to serve as an office assistant, performing the following duties: - Register, prepare, organize, classify, code, and archive information and correspondence according to document classification and management system indices. - Provide attention and guidance to internal and external customers regarding organizational matters or those related to their department. - Inform staff and the general public about company rules and procedures. - Support department personnel in developing and monitoring projects and administrative procedures required by the unit to fulfill its purpose, in accordance with technical procedures. - Perform related duties. · Salary: 2 to 4 minimum monthly legal wages (SMMLV) Contract type: Permanent.
