Job Summary: We are seeking construction officers with experience in erecting structures, cladding walls, calculating materials, leveling surfaces, and repairing structures. Key Highlights: 1. Development of leadership and proactivity A civil engineering services company requires construction officers with a minimum of 36 months of certified work experience in this position for its team; candidates must demonstrate competencies in leadership, assertive communication, and proactivity; to perform the following duties: · -Erect structures to support roofs; construct and clad walls and partitions using specified materials. -Load and unload construction materials and move them to work areas. -Calculate required material quantities and labor requirements according to project specifications. -Perform backfilling and level concrete surfaces using tools appropriate to the activity, in accordance with specified level and thickness requirements. -Repair and maintain existing structures according to technical specifications. -Erect scaffolding and other temporary wooden or metal frameworks at construction sites. -Conduct excavations and trenches for hydraulic and sanitary piping installations. -Classify, clean, and stack reusable materials and other construction site waste using hand tools. -Prepare, pour, and spread cement or concrete mixtures onto formwork, granular bases, and iron and steel reinforcement materials. -Inspect, measure, and mark surfaces to be covered with construction materials according to technical specifications. -Clad and plaster walls and other surfaces according to construction technical specifications. -Perform related duties. · Salary: $2,420,000 + statutory benefits + employer-discretionary allowance; housing: $800,000; meals: $1,200,000 Academic level: Not required Experience duration: 36 months in this position Contract type: Project-based or task-based Working hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM; shift schedule: 30 days of work followed by 5 days of rest.
